The Company has now ceased trading following the sale of Blackpool Tower and Circus, Louis Tussaud’s Waxworks, the Tower Lounge Bar, the Winter Gardens complex and the Golden Mile Centre on Central Promenade to Blackpool Borough Council in March 2010.

Operation of the Blackpool Tower and Circus, Louis Tussaud’s Waxworks and the Tower Lounge Bar is now by Blackpool Borough Council and Merlin Entertainments Ltd.
